Does Diamond Rush have a physical location?

Yes. We are located at 200W 96th Street New York, NY 10025. Showroom is open for walk-in and appointments.

Does Diamond Rush offer appraisals?

Yes we offer certified appraisals upon request for all of our products. Our certified appraisals are backed by Jeweler's Mutual.

Do we use natural diamonds?

We only use all natural earth-mined diamonds in all of our products

What kind of custom pieces do we make?

We make all kinds of custom pieces.

Nameplates, Custom pendants, Custom Chains, Custom Rings, Custom Bracelets, Custom Engagement rings, and more!

Our team of experienced and talented designers and jewelers are capable of fabricating any project you can image. Contact our team to get your order started!

PAYMENT

Do you offer a layaway progream?

At this moment, we are not offering any in-store layaway programs. Feel free to apply for financing through our variety of financing partners.

What financing / leasing options are available?

Our financing / leasing options are: Acima Leasing, Snap Finance, and Klarna. Contact us to get started processing your order using these payment options

Can I split my payments?

Payment splitting is only offered for custom orders. Custom orders can be split into 2-4 payments.

Can I purchase in-store?

We have a showroom for walk-in and appointments available. You can purchase anything on our website in our showroom as well. We are located at 200W 96th Street New York, NY 10025

SHIPPING

How can I track my order?

Once an order has been shipped, you should receive an email with your tracking information. If for some reason you didn't receive that email, contact us and we will gladly help you.

How will my package be shipped?

All of our order are sent via UPS Ground insured & signature-required shipments. Standard shipments take about 3-5 business days, and we have options for quicker shipments available as well.

Why is my signature required?

Your package contains expensive & delicate jewelry. Signature-required packages ensures that UPS doesn't leave it outside and that you are the person who received the package.

Does Diamond Rush offer international shipping?

We do offer international shipping for some destinations. Contact our team to see if your country is eligible for international shipping
